Shipping

After we receive payment, your order will be shipped the same day, Monday thru Friday before 4pm, or the next business day if payment is received after 4pm or on Saturday or Sunday. We ship via UPS and USPS. The method used is predetermined by us by the product purchased.

International Buyers:

International shipping is based upon weight and is shipped via USPS Express or Priority Mail. Please email us for a quote. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Return Policy

Please notify us within 7 days if the product is not to your satisfaction and you would like to return it. You must obtain an RMA # prior to returning and item. The item must be shipped back to us in it's original packaging and in "new/sellable" condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and upon receipt we will refund your money.
